We patented this system in 1978 to replace traditional reinforced concrete (RCC) and brick masonry.
- It uses modular formwork panels made of recycled polypropylene, filled with monolithic concrete poured in a single stage.

- Each panel is factory-formed for consistent geometry and durability.
- The structure handles differential settlement better than brick walls and performs well on weak subgrades.
We’ve used it across India in a variety of site conditions, from high-rise towers in Mumbai to uneven resort terrain in Uttarakhand.
We abandoned ceramic tiles for a reason. Our CE-certified vinyl liners are 1.5 mm thick, reinforced with polyester mesh, and welded onsite using hot-air fusion.

The liner forms a fully sealed, waterproof membrane, which also serves as the finished interior surface.
Clients can choose from over 15 textures and finishes, including non-slip matte, mosaic patterns, and 3D embossed options. These liners are resistant to chlorine, UV exposure, and mechanical wear.
In Indian cities where TDS, calcium, or temperature extremes degrade conventional finishes, our liners hold up without needing acid washes or surface reapplication.
In 1983, we patented the world’s first pipeless filtration system. We still lead in this space.

- Filtration down to 6 microns is achieved through a high-performance cartridge and recirculation pump placed at the source.
